Blake Walker is the DFW Special Projects and Service Division Manager at Walker Engineering. He oversees the service group's labor force, including a team of skilled Service Technicians, Account Managers, and Estimators. Blake's primary focus is on maintaining existing accounts while pursuing new ones and creating budgets and estimates for special projects. He strives to build a strong team with a passion for customer service, competitive pricing, and quality workmanship.

Blake started at Walker in 1997 as an electrician’s helper. After finishing college, he continued working in the field, eventually moving into estimating where he gained a deep understanding of cost modeling and manpower requirements. Blake places a high value on developing relationships with employees, owners, and end users, and strives to create budgets and estimates that clearly define project scope and identify the advantages that Walker can bring to projects. His leadership style is focused on fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation, and he strongly believes in empowering his team members to take ownership of their work. Blake takes pride in the dedicated and hardworking employees at Walker Engineering, who he considers the backbone of the company, and he is committed to ensuring that they continue to deliver outstanding results for customers.

Blake spends his free time with his family and friends, loves Texas country music and is a huge Aggie football fan.
