Transparency in Coverage Rule

We are committed to investing in the future of our industry by providing our Apprentice Electricians with a comprehensive four-year apprenticeship training program through the Independent Electrical Contractors (IEC). Our program allows apprentices to receive at least 8,000 hours of paid on-the-job training, working alongside experienced professionals to develop their skills and knowledge. Upon completion of the program, our apprentices are equipped with the skills and experience needed to succeed up the “Ladder of Success” as electricians.
