Nicki Rushing, PHR, SHRM-CP

Nicki Rushing is a highly experienced human resources professional with over 30 years of expertise in benefits administration and HR management. She has held various roles within the company's HR department since joining the team 20 years ago. As the Vice President of Human Resources at Walker, Nicki oversees strategic human resource planning, performance management, staffing, compliance with federal and state laws, employee benefits, compensation and payroll, training and development, and management coaching.

Apart from her work at Walker Engineering, Nicki also serves as an active board member with the ACE Mentor Program of DFW, which aims to encourage high school students to pursue career paths in the construction industry. Through her involvement with the program, Nicki utilizes her knowledge and expertise to engage, excite, and enlighten young people about the many rewarding career opportunities available to them in the field.

Nicki's extensive experience and deep understanding of human resources management have made her a valuable asset to Walker Engineering, and she is widely respected within the industry for her dedication to her work. Her commitment to excellence and her passion for helping others succeed make her a trusted leader both within the company and in the broader business community.

In her free time, Nicki enjoys traveling and is an avid scrapbooker.
