Damon Dotson

Damon Dotson was appointed to the position of Austin Division Manager in July 2023. Damon's dedication to our customers and teambuilding make him the ideal candidate to lead our Austin Division towards continued success and growth. Damon joined Walker Engineering in May 2021 as the Business Development Manager in Houston, where he focused his efforts on building relationships, business development initiatives, and delivering results. His commitment to excellence and his strategic mindset have made him a key part of our team.

Prior to joining Walker Engineering, Damon was an Outside Sales Representative at Wholesale Electric Supply and was a Field Sales Representative at Burndy, LLC where he honed his skills in building customer relationships and driving business growth. Damon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Baylor University where he was a student athlete.

As the newly appointed Austin Division Manager, Damon will assume the responsibility of overseeing operations, driving growth, and fostering collaboration within our Austin Division. His leadership skills, industry knowledge, and ability to motivate others is reflected in his personal commitment toward growth and teamwork and he will undoubtedly contribute toward the success of our organization.
