Starting his career as a teenager in the electrical trade, Mike has gained extensive knowledge of practical installation challenges and contracting requirements. As a Master Electrician, he possesses a direct understanding of the field's technicalities, which enables him to effectively coordinate and manage the company's workforce across all markets.

Beyond his role as a leader, Mike is dedicated to mentoring and supporting aspiring electricians who seek to become foremen, superintendents and project managers. He invests in the next generation of industry professionals by providing guidance, leadership, and practical training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary for success. Mike's ability to inspire his team has been instrumental in building a strong and talented workforce at Walker Engineering.
