Cole Huggins serves as the Vice President of the DFW Division for Walker Engineering. Cole is an accomplished business unit leader with more than 16 years of progressive experience in construction and operations, advancing from project-level leadership into full business unit responsibility. He brings deep expertise across operations management, financial performance, strategic planning, risk mitigation, and organizational development, leading high-performing teams in the delivery of complex capital projects while driving operational discipline and sustainable growth. Cole is recognized for aligning people, process, and performance to achieve measurable results, strengthen client partnerships, and scale market impact. Currently pursuing his Executive MBA at Texas A&M University, he continues to expand his capabilities in strategic finance, enterprise leadership, and business strategy, further reinforcing his executive-level perspective and comprehensive knowledge of operations, business, and leadership.
